Liu Baikuan is the Chairman of Puyang Refractories (Group) Co., Ltd. He Graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology in 1982. From 1982 to 1990, he worked at Luoyang Institute of Refractories Research. From 1990 to 1993, he joined Riverside Refractories Inc. in the United States, where he was a research engineer responsible for iron and steelmaking refractories. From 1993 to 2002, he worked at Puyang Refractories (Group) Co., Ltd., served as technical director, chief engineer, and director of the Puyang Refractories Research Institute. Since 2002, he has been the Chairman of Puyang Refractories (Group) Co., Ltd.
